With a background in residential and commercial maintenance and repairs combined with the best home inspector training, I have an eye for identifying the condition of and finding issues with major home systems. I have spent years working with my hands doing remodel work, running a local handyman service, maintaining commercial buildings and completing pool and spa inspections, maintenance and repairs.

While working toward a BA in Communications (2007) I focused on writing, photography and design; all crucial in producing clear, concise inspection reports.

Family and Community

I live in Felton with my wife - Sarah, children - Eli and Hazel, dogs - Mamacita and Sunny and about a dozen laying hens. When I’m not crawling around in attics and crawlspaces or working on our home, I enjoy spending time with my family playing and coaching sports, camping, hiking, biking and enjoying the river, the beach and live music.

After family, community is very important to me. I have been a member of the San Lorenzo Valley Rotary Club since 2019. Most Friday mornings I volunteer with Grey Bears delivering fresh groceries to home-bound seniors around Scotts Valley. I coach youth baseball, basketball and flag football and volunteer on the San Lorenzo Valley Little League board of directors.
